HOW TO PAY
Easy to follow steps on how to pay your bills through Paybox Kiosks:
- On the kiosk main screen, choose PLDT
- Provide your 10-digit account number
- Select your preferred payment method and enter the amount to pay. You also have an option to use TWO(2) payment methods for the same transaction. Just tap Add Payment Method."Then, enter the remaining amount to pay and tap Next
- Tap Proceed" then Continue" to process your payment.
- For cash transactions, insert your cash into the bill acceptor
- For card transactions, insert your card into the card terminal or tap your contactless card.
- For virtual change or e-sukli transactions, enter the reference number or scan the QR code found in your receipt.
- Key in your mobile number to receive your receipt and wait for your printed copy
