Service relocation may be requested by the company's Authorized Signatory by sending an email or letter of request containing the new location, service reference (account number or service ID), and assigned point person with contact details to enterprisecare@pldt.com.ph.

In case of temporary disconnection due to late payment, services will be reconnected within 24-48 hours upon full payment of Remaining Balance from Previous Bill. You may also provide proof of payment and payment details via 177 or enterprisecare@pldt.com.ph.
Only active accounts of the same customer name, and with current balance, are allowed for Service Transfers. To request, you can send an email or letter of request signed by your Authorized Signatory.
For Partial Change of Ownership, account should be in active status, no pending/open Service Order and Service Request, and without outstanding balance. A letter of request from the outgoing customer and concurred by incoming Customer must be submitted along with the letter of request signed by Authorized Signatory/ Representative indicating the following:
- Service ID
- Billing Account Numbers
- Name of New Company
But for the Change of Ownership incase the incoming has no customer record yet, additional credit documentation is required to establish new customer record:
- Duly accomplished and signed Business Customer Information Form (BCIF)
- Copy of valid ID of the Authorized Signatory
- Notarized Corporate Secretary Certificate (for Corporation) Business Permit (if Sole Proprietor)
Service Fee of Php 300.00 is applied per account if request is partial change of ownership while free of charge if full.
You may simply send an email or letter of request signed by your Authorized Signatory/ Representative and a copy of the SEC certificate of registration or DTI certificate of registration.
Device replacement may be requested by the company’s Authorized Signatory by sending an email or letter of request to your assigned Relationship Manager or through Enterprisecare@pldt.com.ph, with the following details:
- Type of device (modem/router, handset/telephone set, or sim)
- Reason for replacement request
- Service reference (Service ID or Billing Account Number)
- Contact person and number
Standard installation or new installation from a promo/program/campaign request for additional new product/services must be requested by emailing or submitting a letter of request signed by your Authorized Signatory/Representative using company email address.
Service must be active in status upon request of deactivating the service feature. To proceed with the request, simply send an email or letter of request signed by your Authorized Signatory/Representative using company email address.
Modification of Tax Class must be requested by sending an email or letter or request signed by your Authorized Signatory/Representative using company email address indicating the list of Billing accounts and VAT Exempt Certificate.
An email or letter of requested signed by your Authorized Signatory/Representative using company email address must be submitted with the following requirements:
- Certificate of TAX registration BIR2303 or DTI certificate of registration
- Business Registration Document
- SEC certificate of registration or DTI certification of registration
- Business Permit/Mayor's Permit if Sole Proprietorship
- Notarized Secretary's Certificate / Board Resolution
- Proof of Identification of new Authorized Signatory
- Fulfilled and signed Business Customer Information Form by the new AS
- Notarized Board Resolution
- Appointment Letter
- Proof of Identification of new Authorized Signatory
- Fulfilled and signed Business Customer Information Form by the new AS
NOTE: For Embassy, Ambassadors copy of ID and Letter of Request shall be required.
- Consularized / Apostilled document (e.g. Certificate of Authentication) from the head office
- Proof of Identification of new Authorized Signatory
- Fulfilled and signed Business Customer Information Form by the new AS
- Fulfilled and signed Business Customer Information Form (BCIF) by the AS or email request from the Authorized Signatory using their corporate email.
