These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing the booking of appointments for payments of subscription services provided to you by PLDT Inc. (“PLDT”) using the Microsoft Bookings application as the scheduling tool which shall be used in PLDT’s sales and service center located in the Ramon Cojuangco Building Makati Avenue, Makati City (“PLDT RCB”).

1. The Microsoft Bookings Application

1.1. The Microsoft Bookings application (“Booking Tool”) is owned, operated and provided by Microsoft Corporation to you subject to the provisions of these Terms.

1.2. The Booking Tool can be accessed via the link or via the QR code which will be posted in PLDT RCB by December 1, 2023.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2.1. By using the Booking Tool, in addition to the acceptance to the terms of its use, you agree to abide by these Terms, which shall form a binding legal contract between PLDT and you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service to book your appointment at PLDT RCB.

2.2 If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure that the other person for whom the booking is made is aware of and accepts these Terms. By completing the booking on behalf of another individual, you are warranting that you have made such person aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms.

3. Booking Process

3.1. You can book or schedule appointments for payment in PLDT RCB through the Booking Tool.

3.2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking an appointment.

3.3. By using the Booking Tool, you give permission to PLDT to contact you using the contact details you provided for any booking-related concerns or matters.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. Booking an appointment using the Booking Tool is free of charge.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. You may cancel your scheduled appointment subject to Section 9 hereof.

5.2. If you fail to arrive at the PLDT RCB office at your scheduled appointment date and time, your reservation will be cancelled and any accommodation on the part of PLDT shall be subject to the availability of schedules on the said date.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. You agree to arrive on time for your appointment, and to follow any specific instructions or requirements which may be imposed by PLDT.

6.2. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your appointment.

7. PLDT’s Responsibilities

7.1. PLDT will make reasonable efforts to provide the services as scheduled in the Booking Tool.

7.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, PLDT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments and will make every effort to notify you in advance.

8. Booking Confirmation

Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive confirmation of your appointment via email after successfully booking it.

9. Changes and Modifications

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reschedule your booking by clicking on the reschedule button on the email confirmation, and PLDT will do its best to accommodate your request.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. PLDT will collect and process your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice, which is available at https://pldtenterprise.com/privacy-notice-rcb-booking.

10.2. PLDT may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve the functionality of its Booking Tool. For more information, please refer to PLDT’s cookie policy at www.pldtenterprise.com for PLDT Enterprise subscribers and at http://www.pldthome.com for PLDT Home subscribers.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1. PLDT shall not be liable for any losses, damage, or injuries that may occur as a result of your use of the Booking Tool.

11.2. PLDT makes no warranties or guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Booking Tool.

12. Amendments to Terms

PLDT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. In case of amendments, you will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will apply to all future bookings.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. The failure by PLDT to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such Terms, but such Terms shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if no waiver had occurred.

13.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PLDT. Any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of these Terms shall not be binding on you and PLDT except to the extent incorporated in these Terms. You confirm that you have not relied upon any statement, representation or understanding that is not expressly set out in these Terms and that you shall have no remedy in respect of any statement, representation or understanding which is not expressly set out in these Terms.

13.3. These Terms shall be construed and interpreted pursuant to and under Philippine law. All disputes, controversies and claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively with the proper court of Makati City, to the exclusion of all other courts. However, the parties shall exhaust all reasonable means and efforts to settle amicably any disputes between and among them to avoid court litigation.
