Appointment Booking Portal for PLDT Enterprise and PLDT Home Transactions at PLDT Service Center

PLDT Inc (“PLDT”) is committed to enabling new methods that allow us to provide services to our customers. As such, we have enabled an Online Appointment Booking Portal (the “Booking Portal”), where you may schedule an in-store appointment with any of our Cashiers for your Check Payments at the PLDT Service Center located at Ramon Cojuangco Building (RCB) at Makati City.

Beginning on December 1, 2023, PLDT Enterprise and PLDT Home clients' check payments will be accepted at the PLDT Service Center at RCB; however, an appointment must be made in advance with the cashiers using the Appointment Booking Portal. This Appointment Booking Portal will ensure a streamlined experience at the Service Center.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173), we share with you the principles that govern how your personal data will be collected, processed, and shared, as you book your appointment using this portal.

Why your personal data is collected and processed.

We will collect and process the following personal information in the Appointment Booking portal:

•    PLDT Enterprise Client’s Representative or Agent who; will visit the RCB Service Center on the PLDT Enteprise Client’s behalf for check payments

•    PLDT Home Subscriber or his/her representative who will visit RCB Service Center for check payments

To properly identify and address the customer or representative who will transact with our Service Center cashiers.

Email Address of any of the following:

(1)    Company Representative or Agent who will vist the Service Center; OR

(2)    Company Employee who will book the appointment online for the Agent or Representative who is assigned the task to visit the PLDT Service Center for transactions such as Check Payment drop-off, tax certificates, etc.

(3)    The PLDT Home Subscriber on Record or his/her assigned representative to submit checks for payment.

To send the confirmation notice with the appointment schedule. Changes to the schedule may be delivered to this Email Address.

For Cashiers to be able to counter-check if Billing Account Numbers at the back of checks are under the correct Company Names.


Why your personal data is shared

Your Name and Email Address will be shared with Customer Frontline Solution Inc., to whom we contract the cashiering services, via the Booking Application that is placed at our cashier stations.

The Appointment Booking Portal has been developed utilizing Microsoft Bookings, an application available through Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft").  This means that your personal data are hosted on Microsoft’s cloud services. 

When we share your personal data, we ensure that it is done on a confidential basis, through secure channels, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Only personnel with a need-to-know will have access to your personal data.

How your personal data is protected

Your personal information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will be exclusively utilized for appointment management. All pesonal data collected for the purpose of this Appointment Portal will only be retained for a maximum of six (6) months. After that, all personal information will be removed from the Appointment Booking Portal database after we have aggregated the information for our internal reports to study in-store traffic at PLDT Service Center in RCB.

The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your personal data is important to us. This is why we strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within PLDT Consumer Home and Enterprise Business Groups and have implemented technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your Personal Data is also protected from other natural and human dangers. We also require our Service Provider to implement the same measures.

Your rights and choices

Privacy Laws give you certain rights to your personal data. Subject to exceptions under applicable law, you are entitled to request:

  1. Information about and access to the personal data that we process about you.
  2. Correction of your personal data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete.
  3. Erasure of your personal data in cases where it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing.
  4. Restriction of our processing of your personal data in limited circumstances; and
  5. Portability of your personal data so that you may receive a copy thereof or that we transmit the same to another company on your behalf.

Moreover, you have a right to object to the processing of your personal data, such as in cases when we process your personal data based on our legitimate interests or for purposes requiring your consent. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before you withdrew your consent or PLDT’s right to continue parts of the processing based on other legal bases than your consent. If, however, we have not provided you with another legal basis justifying the processing of your personal data in this privacy notice, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data.

If you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated when you participate in the Online Insighting Activity or Survey, we encourage you to contact PLDT Home or Enterprise Data Privacy Officer to seek resolution of your complaint. You also have the right to go directly to the National Privacy Commission or to make a claim against PLDT Home or Enterprise Business Group before a competent court.

Changes to our privacy notice

From time to time, we may update this privacy notice to respond to the changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, technologies, protocols, industry best practices and business purposes. This notice is effective on October 16, 2025.
