PHDigicon2022 Raffle Mechanics

1. Promo period is from September 9 to October 27, 2022
2. This promotion is open to all PH Digicon 2022 registrants. Interested attendees can register at phdigicon2022.com.
3. All registrants (Virtual and Full Access attendees) from the Philippines will be eligible to win in the raffle upon complete registration of their following details:
   • First Name and Last Name
   • Email Address
   • Country
   • State/Region
   • Company
   • Designation
   • Industry
   • Access Type
4. Each registration is equivalent to one raffle entry only. Winners can only be drawn once. If drawn more than once, the prize with higher value will be awarded and will draw again for his/her replacement.
5. Raffle prizes:
   • 1 winner of 43" FHD Smart TV
   • 1 winner of Samsung Galaxy Watch5 BT
   • 1 winner of Samsung Z Fold4 5G 256GB
   • 1 winner of Samsung Z Flip4 5G 128GB
   • 1 winner of Samsung Note 10 Lite

   • 5 winners of Aria Bluetooth Earphones
   • 5 winners of JBL Go Bluetooth Speakers
6. Winners will be drawn via an electronic raffle on October 28, at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Pasay City.
7. The raffle draw will be witnessed by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and PLDT Enterprise Marcomm.
8. The winners will be notified on November 2, 2022 (Wednesday), via PLDT and Smart social media pages, phdigicon2022.com PORTAL the PH DIGICON 2022 webpage within the PLDT Enterprise website (pldtenterprise.com/PHDigicon2022/rafflewinners) and in the PH DIGICON event pages hosted in the vFairs mobile application.
9. The winners will be officially notified at the email address used to log in to phdigicon2022.com. The official email notification will come from phdigicon@pldt.com and will contain the following information:
   • Raffle Prize
   • Claiming Schedule
   • Requirements for claiming:
     • The official notification email (either print or digital)
     • One (1) valid government-issued ID
     • Signed release, waiver, and quitclaim form

   • Participation in the promo shall be considered as the participant’s consent to the use of their personal information for posting on PLDT and Smart social media pages and the PH Digicon website and portal for the announcement of winners.

     Costs incurred by the winner in attending PH Digicon 2022 and related events shall be for the account of the winner.

     All winners shall agree to release, indemnify, and hold PLDT harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from, in connection, with or as a result of participating in the raffle or the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Winner should respond to the email notification within sixty days (60) (November 16, 2022) upon receipt thereof. If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, the prize will be forfeited in favor of PLDT, upon prior approval of DTI.
11. To claim the prize, the winner must submit the requirements specified above in 9 (c)
12. If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize, their representative must present the following documents: (a) a letter signed by the winner, authorizing the representative to receive the prize for and on behalf of winner; (b) 2 original IDs with picture of the winner (acceptable/valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Passport, Office ID) (c) 2 original IDs of the authorized representative.
13. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
14. Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) days period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by PLDT, upon prior approval of DTI.
15. Employees of PLDT Group (“PLDT, Smart, ePLDT, and PLDT Global and affiliates) and suppliers are disqualified from joining the promo.
