FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR WIRELESS CLIENTS

1. What is MySmart Bills Online?

MySmart is your key to a complete online experience, anywhere on this site. You can access and manage all your corporate accounts with ease; view and pay bills with a few clicks and taps.

2. How do I register to MySmart?

There are two ways to register. Visit https://mybiz.smart.com.ph

a. Click the Register link to create an account.

  • Register the e-mail address or mobile number and create your password.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and click the Check Box to accept. You will receive the one time pin (OTP) for verification which will allow you to start using the service.


b. You may also contact your Collection and Reconciliation Analyst for MySmart pre-registration. Upon completion of the pre-registration, the enrolled e-mail address will receive an email notification with unique link for verification within 48 hours to set the password.

 

3. Will I be able to view my bills from previous month?

Yes. With MySmart, you may view, download or reprint your SMART bills for the past twelve (12) months.

 

4. What are the available payment options in MySmart?

You can pay using your credit card and debit card. MySmart Pay Bill Facility can accept any credit or debit card bearing the following logos:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • JCB

 

5. Is there a corresponding charge for paying via MySmart?

None. Payments coursed through MySmart service are ABSOLUTELY FREE.

 

6. What is the maximum amount allowed for online payment?

A minimum of Php 200.00 and a maximum of Php 50,000 per transaction and an aggregate of Php 180,000 per day

 

7. How often can I pay using MySmart?

As often as you want as long as the amount to be paid is within the daily limit. Please refer to payment guidelines.

 

8. Will my transaction get posted on the same day of payment?

All confirmed payments made via MySmart will be posted near real time

 

9. Can I still adjust my payment transactions in the event of entering an incorrect amount or paying the wrong bill?

Please coordinate with your assigned Collection and Reconciliation Analyst.

 

10. Will I need an internet connection to be able to use MySmart?

Yes. You need to be connected to the internet to access the service.

 

11. Is there a preferred web browser that I should use for this service?

You may view your MySmart on any browser that your device supports. However, we highly recommend accessing this service on Google Chrome.

 

12. Can I pay for someone’s else bill via my MySmart account?

You may only pay for bills enrolled under your account.

 

13. Will I get an official receipt for my online payment?

Yes. An official receipt will be isssued on your next billing statement.

 

14. Can I print my payment’s official receipt?

Yes. You can print the billing statement , where the official receipt is attached.

 

15. Can I register multiple admin users in MySmart?

No. Only one (1) admin access shall be granted.
