PLDT Enterprise, ZANECO Bring More Reliable Connectivity in Zamboanga del Norte

To strengthen customer support and ensure uninterrupted communication across Zamboanga even during emergency power shutdowns, PLDT Enterprise, the corporate business arm of the country’s leading integrated telecommunications company PLDT Inc., has reinforced its partnership with the Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative (ZANECO). Through iGate and the Smart Messaging Suite, this collaboration enhances ZANECO’s digital connectivity and communication capabilities to deliver more reliable service to its customers.

Empowering Reliable and Connected Utility Operations

With PLDT Enterprise’s iGate solution, ZANECO now enjoys consistent and reliable internet connectivity, powering its online platforms that cater to customer concerns and service updates.

Meanwhile, the Smart Messaging Suite, an application-to-person platform, enhances ZANECO’s ability to send real-time notifications and advisories directly to its consumers, ensuring that communities across Zamboanga del Norte receive timely updates on power-related issues and announcements. The cooperative also operates a digital broadcasting platform that leverages PLDT’s network to reach more customers faster, especially during unplanned power interruptions and critical announcements.
