We are rolling out updates to the PLDT Bills Online (BOL) platform to deliver a more secure, convenient, and transparent experience for customers accessing their billing information. Target Implementation: July 14, 2026

For existing users
Bills Online is being updated with stronger password protection, email-based verification, a simplified login experience, self-service password reset and account recovery, and updated Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions.
This update is being implemented to:
  1. Provide a more secure, convenient, and transparent experience for customers to access their billing information
  2. Improve account security and protection through stronger password protection and email-based verification
  3. Make access easier and more efficient with a simplified login interface and self-service password reset and account recovery
  4. Promote greater transparency through the updated Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions
The Bills Online updates will take effect on June 22, 2026. A brief system downtime is required to implement the enhancements. Once the updates are live, we recommend allowing extra time during your first login.
When you log in for the first time after the updates go live, you may be asked to complete the following steps before you can fully access the platform:
  • • Allow extra time for your first login
  • • Update your password
  • • Review and accept the updated Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions
  • • Ensure that your registered contact details are up to date for email-based verification and account recovery
The email verification code is a one‑time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address during login. This confirms your identity and ensures that only authorized users can access the account.
Please try the following:
  • • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • • Ensure your registered email address is active and accessible
  • • Wait a few minutes and request a new code
If the issue continues, please contact customer support for assistance.
Passwords must now meet the new security requirements, which include:
  • • At least 12 characters
  • • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • • At least one number and one symbol
These requirements help protect against common security threats.
Yes. If your current password does not meet the new security requirements, you will be prompted to update it during login.
You may continue using your existing password only if it meets the updated requirements. Otherwise, a password reset will be required.
Yes. As part of this update, users can now reset and update their passwords directly within the portal, reducing the need to contact support for password or login concerns.
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please contact our customer support channels to update your registered email address and continue using email-based verification for secure access to Bills Online. You may email enterprisecare@pldt.com.ph or call 177 on your PLDT landline or *177 using your Smart or TNT number.
Yes. This update is required to ensure continued and secure access to Bills Online and to help protect customer accounts from unauthorized access.
No. This update only applies to the login and authentication process, including acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions. All existing Bills Online features, such as viewing and paying bills, remain unchanged.
These updates help provide stronger account security, better protection against unauthorized access, and more transparent handling of customer data through the updated Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions.
For new users/registrations
Follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Go to the PLDT Bills Online website.
  • Step 2: Click Sign Up Now.
  • Step 3: Fill out the required information: Customer Information
    • • Account Number / Service Number
    User Profile
    • • First Name
    • • Middle Name (if applicable)
    • • Last Name
    • • Mobile Number
    Login Credentials
    • • Username (must be a valid and active email address)
    • • Password:
      • • Minimum of 12 characters
      • • Must include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
    • • Confirm Password (must match your password)
  • Step 4: Click Submit.
After submitting your registration, you will receive an email confirmation from billsonline@pldt.com.ph indicating that your application has been received for review. Please allow up to 24 hours for approval. Once your registration is approved, you will receive another confirmation email. You may then log in to PLDT Bills Online using your registered email address and password.
You will receive an approval confirmation email from Billsonline@pldt.com.ph once your registration has been successfully reviewed and approved.
Please use a valid and active email address that you can regularly access. All registration notifications, confirmations, and security verifications will be sent to this email address. Important reminders: A business or corporate email address is strongly recommended. Your email address will be used for email-based verification during login and other security checks.
