Updated Terms & Privacy - Refreshed Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions for greater transparency on customer data handling and protection.
What Customers Need to Do on First Login
Upon their first login after go-live, customers will be asked to complete the following steps before they can fully access the platform:
• Update their password to meet the new security requirements.
• Review and accept the updated Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy provisions.
• Confirm that their registered contact details are up to date to support email-based verification and account recovery.
What Internal Teams Should Be Ready For
Please be ready to support customers in the following areas: • Guide customers through the first-login process.
• Address questions about email-based verification and remind customers to review and update their registered contact details, if needed.
• Direct customers to the appropriate support channels when further assistance is needed.
