SMART Enterprise will be implementing enhancements to its invoicing system beginning May 11, 2026, as part of its ongoing billing transformation initiative.
These improvements are designed to make bills easier to understand and manage, while ensuring compliance with the Ease of Paying Taxes Act (EOPT), as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Please note that these updates apply only to the invoice format and bill delivery process. There will be no changes to subscribed plans, charges, or billing computation.
Key Enhancements
Improved Invoice Layout
A refreshed invoice format that provides a clearer presentation and breakdown of charges and taxes, making bills easier to review.
Consolidated Statement of Account (SOA)
Customers with multiple billing accounts will receive a consolidated summary to help simplify monitoring and reconciliation.
Automated Email Delivery
Electronic invoices will be automatically sent to the registered bill recipient(s) identified by your organization to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
New Bill Sender Email Address
Electronic invoices will now be sent from esoa@smart.com.ph, replacing onebill@smart.com.ph. Customers are advised to add this new sender to their safe senders list to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
