Are you a PLDT Enterprise Fixed customer? Below are some helpful FAQs we have prepared for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR FIXED CUSTOMERS

1. What is Paperless Billing?

Paperless billing is the paper-free, environment friendly way to receive and view your bill. This enables you to conveniently check your electronic monthly bill anytime, anywhere, and on any device; or allows you to receive your electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) directly to your registered email.

2. . What are the benefits of accessing and receiving your electronic Statement of Account (e-SOA)?

Paperless billing is faster, safer and easier.

  • 1. On time: Be able to view online or receive your monthly electronic Statement of Account (e-SOA) as soon as they become available.
  • 2. Convenient: Easily access your monthly statement from any device; and e-SOAs are easy to store and space saving.
  • 3. Secure: Online viewing access is limited to appointed authorized company representative; while sending e-SOA directly to your registered email avoids accidental misdelivery and prevent data from falling into the wrong hands.
  • 4. Safe: Digital bill deliveries are also safer as they eliminate personal interaction.
  • 5. Environment-friendly: Aside from cutting less trees, this initiative will help reduce carbon emissions by eliminating the need for vehicles to deliver bills.
