Do I need Internet Access to use BPER App?
Yes, you need minimum 3G to access the BPER app and at least 2mbps dedicated connectivity per dispatcher.
What are the roles of BPER users?
There will be Dispatchers and Responders
How can I access my SMART Cloud PTT Account?
For Responders you can access it by opening the BPER app on your ruggedized or smart Android device
How do I log-in to my account?
Your username is also the mobile number of your device, you can use it and password provided to you and log-in to your Genaker Account

Where will our data be stored?
Voice recordings are stored in the phone, with device memory capacity of 16GB (supports microSD up to 64GB). It can also be stored in the PC or laptop for those with dispatcher licenses.

- select PTT features
- enable block incoming calls feature
- user will be seen as "busy" on the status
Do I need to turn on my Ruggear's location services so I can be easily located by the Dispatcher in the map?
Yes, you need to turn on the location services for Dispatcher to be able to track you.

Does it work like a handheld radio that transmits only thru radio frequency? IF YES, how many kms apart?
The customer experience is the same as the handheld radio but it runs on the cloud and does not reside on radio frequency. Being a cloud based solution, distance will not be an issue to communicate to other Smart ROGR users
